Gift certificates:
Our gift certificates are specially packaged and suitable to be presented to your loved one for that special occasion. They are available for pick-up or we will arrange for the certificate to be mailed.
Reservations:
Reservations can be held with our Caravelle folio card number. Your Caravelle folio card will not be billed until services are rendered. Payment for guests staying at the Caravelle may only be done with cash or folio number. Services to persons not staying at the Caravelle may only be done with cash.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We regret we cannot give you additional time if you arrive late, however if for any reason we are late starting your appointment you will receive your full allotted time.
Cancellations:
If necessary to cancel we require you call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. It is our policy to charge the full cost of service as the room and therapist has been reserved for your scheduled appointment time. We regret there are no exceptions to this policy.
