Gift certificates:
Gift certificates are available and can be mailed to out of town guests as well as to the local community. Or, simply call and we will arrange to have the certificate ready for pick-up.
Reservations:
Reservations can be held with your Caravelle folio number. Your Caravelle folio card will not be billed until services are rendered. Services provided for locals can be paid by cash or check. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. While we regret that we cannot give you additional time if you arrive late, if for any reason we are late starting your appointment, you will receive your full scheduled time.
Cancellations:
We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We regret having to charge 100% of the full price of the service if you do not show for your appointment. Sorry but no exceptions.
